BufWinEnter

After a buffer is displayed in a window.

When executing :split with the name of the current buffer, since it reloads that buffer.

This event may fire when the buffer is loaded, after processing modelines, or when a hidden buffer become visible.

Not fired for :split without arguments, since the buffer does not change

Not fired for :split with a file that is already open in a window.
